"Kevin the store manager is extremely intelligent and hard working, he will take phone calls as early as 6:30 am even when they do not open until 7:30 am!!! Ian is the main counter person, if there is something I need that they do not usually stock he makes sure to find it and call me back with price and availability. The drivers are all friendly every time I come to their store. I highly recommend this Fisher store over others."

"Well I called to get pricing on some parts for a suspension repair. First, I called and was put on hold for 2 minutes. When I was taken off hold, sales rep, Bill, answered. He asked what I needed. When I explained, I was put on hold again. 1 minute later, sales rep, Jordan, answered and asked what I needed. I gave the vehicle information and the parts I needed, and then Jordan held the line and said I needed to speak with Bill. Bill came back on the line and told me to call back when I had specifics on what parts I need. I stated that I gave the list of parts I need. Bill then said that they are busy and said I should try back later.
Way to nail the customer service experience guys.... Won't be calling this place again unless they can figure out how customer service works."
