"I drove a vehicle over there to be scrapped the vehicle was in running condition when I took it there. After signing all the papers in the office the lady then stated I would receive $140 for the vehicle and then I wouldn’t be able to get my money that day they would call me. They would either have it the next day or the day after but no more than two days later. I left and called my dad he called back not even 10 minutes after I’d left CJs told them we would pick the car back up, I was in a bind and I need the money right away. They told my dad that the car had already been crushed and that we couldn’t come get it. Now please tell me how they can remove all the fluids from a vehicle battery etc. the way they have to do before they can crush the vehicle all within 10 minutes?!? This all happened on a Tuesday so I was expecting call by Thursday the latest to come in and get my money. First of all what type of operating business does not have $140 to pay somebody. Regardless I never received a phone call. I called them on Wednesday so it was one week and one day after I dropped the vehicle off and the lady told me they had my money. I went to pick my money up the lady was very very rude at the counter I asked to speak to a manager because I questioned her on why it took so long to get my money she stated she was the manager and then I had the money in my hand now and that’s all that should matter. So I asked to speak to somebody higher up or the owner. So the so-called manager stomped off and went and got somebody. After asking him (I’m assuming the owner) why the vehicle was crushed and why I wasn’t able to come pick it up he told me I signed the paper and there was nothing they could do. Once I sign the paper the vehicle is Theres. I explained to him how the lady never told me I wouldn’t get paid that day until after I signed everything and he didn’t want to hear it either. This was my very first time scrapping a vehicle so I had no clue of the procedures they used. I did receive my $140 but I will NEVER EVER in my life recommend this place to anybody and I will NEVER go back there to purchase anything or scrap anything! They are liars and thieves. It will honestly wouldn’t surprise me if this place was shut down with in the next six months. Clearly they’re not doing that good of business if they can’t even afford to pay for the cars that people are Junking! I didn’t even want to give a one star rating"

"!!!!!PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!! I talked to them several times over the phone about coming to pick up my 1992 Buick Lesabre and they never seemed to have a driver available. Also, they asked was the car complete. Did it have the engine and transmission and everything suspension wise on the vehicle. My response was yes and I will have the title in hand. I eventually had a friend of mine assist in towing the vehicle there. Going price was $5.75 per 100 lbs for an incomplete vehicle and $6.50 per 100 lbs for a complete vehicle. I get into the office after hauling it across the scale and go to sign the paperwork and noticed it had incomplete on the paperwork. I asked why and the women working the desk replied, "Its incomplete because it didn't have a battery and we told you over the phone about the battery needed to be with the car"! BS BOLD FACED LIE! WTH? Not to mention I had told them it was several new parts on the car. I got over to my parents home and my cousin who had taken his van a cpl weeks prior told me his van DID NOT have a battery and he was paid the full value for his van. I have witnesses that will verify everything I am saying is 100% truth! So DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED! I will never be doing business with these people EVER again. I will go elsewhere."
