"NICE CLEAN PARTS AND TOMMY KNOWS HIS SHIT"

"I couldn't be happier with my experience here. The service is excellent, and the sales team, both men and women, are outstanding. The facility is consistently spotless, and the warranty they provide is top-tier. The staff is not only friendly but also well-versed in their field. Count me in as a returning customer"

"This is a shady place. I bought a motor to replace one that was in my truck. The only reason I purchased a used motor was the existing one was going to take longer to repair and I needed the truck. The old motor started and ran. It was repaired at a good diesel repair shop. I was told by Tom at chucks the only thing they needed back for the core is the block and oil pan. The motor returned had more than that and was rebuildable. Since that was one of my options. Now after waiting for months now they have not given me my core charge back. Fast forward many calls later and "stacy" tells me it's been over 120days and the motor was seized. Well first of all I have been asking for my money for weeks and secondly it was good when I dropped it off. So I guess I'm at a crossroads at this point. I have the mechanic who pulled it, the owner of the shop who assessed it to give me my options, the tow truck driver who started it to load it and myself who all will attest to its operation. Besides all that, nothing was said about it needing to be free to get the core back. But I digress, my options are to wait for a company that doesn't seem to keen on being honest or go to the magistrate. Per my lawyers advice. Either way, be warned.

"Bought a steering wheel for my 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee from chucks off of eBay, the part was shipped and delivered in only 2 days! And it was neatly and carefully packaged, and the steering wheel was in good shape and as advertised, will be using chucks again in the future for all my Jeep needs!"
