"I was looking for a replacement door to my 2010 Hyundia Tuscon.
The counter staff, ( I didn't get her name) said they had just recieved delivery of a suitable Tuscon and it was in the yard and that I was welcome to go have a look. I didn't find it. She (staff) then went into the yard and spoke with yard forman to locate the car then redirected me. I then found the car and was very pleased to find the door perfectly acceptable (better than expectations, my lucky day). They were promt to remove the door for me while I waited.
Although the process took time, my patience paid off in spades. I am very pleased with the way things worked out.
The experience for me was very positive. I found the staff friendly, accomodating and eager to help.
