"On September 17 2023 I observed a male about 6,1 named tamimu T completely disrespect a customer and got a terrible attitude because he did not know how to properly do his job. The customer then called another store location for the employee and had the manager verify what he was saying and then the manager walked him on how to look up the part that was under warranty and he got mad and blamed the customer because he hit the wrong button on the computer. Then when I made a comment on how that was wrong he refused to help the customers and walked away. That was not only disrespectful but a disgrace to customer satisfaction. The only one here that care and knows their job is Gavin smh do better and retrain asap"
