"I came in today, 25 Oct 2023, to replace my high beam bulb in my 2013 Camry SE. I believe the gentleman’s name who helped me was David, small guy with glasses and black hair. He was so nice and professional too. We exchanged stories about our past, me being retired Navy and his past experience in law enforcement. David is the type of guy I would want representing my brand. He is a people person and truly is kind to everyone. I observed him interacting with his coworkers and other customers in the store. He even came out to help me change the bulb without me asking. Job well done!!! We need more polite and helpful people like him in this world. Thank you once again David. I think a raise should be in his near future. We have to retain great help.

"Big shout out to Sales Manager Kirk who installed my new battery this evening! He was so kind and professional. He opened the door for me each trip in and out of the store. He ensured my battery was installed properly and securely, even replacing a bolt that had been messed up by the prior installer.
