"It is amazing how you can visit two stores in the same county and have complete opposite experiences. We had visited the 96 store before heading to Watson. Tara at the 96 store spoke to Todd to let him know the issue and that we were on the way. When we arrived Eric and Todd were outside and Eric was smoking. No one was in a hurry to greet or us or help us. Eric came in after he finished smoking. I attempted to ask for Todd since that what I was told to do, but he rudely took over the conversation. Without going in to great detail, he was rude and condescending from the beginning. He was asking Todd questions about us, our return, our receipt instead of asking us. I could tell Todd was embarrassed by his actions because he disappeared into the back. Eric's bad attitude was obvious and we did not deserve it. I have an idea of what his issue with us probably was, but I won;t go int detail here about that. I will just say he came off as very racist and rude. I will never set foot in this location again. I would suggest minorities think twice before doing so too. Tara and Jason at 96 are super friendly and helpful to ALL customers. I plan to contact corporate about this because some people do not need to be at the customer "service" desk. Lastly, we were returning a part that THIS store had given us. The part did not fit and the transaction showed in the computer, but Eric still wanted to make a big deal and lose a customer over less than $25. I had a PDF of the receipt, but he was so rude I didn't even offer to show it. We had planned to purchase a few things while there, but because of Eric we did not. We promptly went to Auto Zone on Houston Lake and spent over a $100. Later that evening I spent another $1100 on car parts at somewhere other than Advance."

"If you buy from them on Watson blvd Warner Robins ga, bring your credit card to protect your buying power! They will decline you a return inside store as soon as you make mistake an but wrong part. I literally bought the wrong weight oil, and they will not do anything about it! Even insisted for me to call my bank an start a dispute. Everything good now! Use credit not cash plz y’all! Or go elsewhere"

"Typical Auto Advance Parts store. To ad to this one, the customer service was good. They expressed helpful tips for an issue I was having. Pointed me out the the parts I required and the establishment was clean and organized. Definitely a place I will go to to shop again."
