"I took my Jaguar XF to Automotive Collision Center on March 9, 2022, for them to put in a Regulator that they claimed they could do but instead of admitting they couldn’t fix it they broke my regulator and put sticks in my window to keep it from falling down and mind you before I took my Jaguar to them my window was fine. ACC is not a good place to do body work on any foreign cars but will not tell you they can’t do the work but will tear your car up. The manager there is very racist and is very rude when they messed up!!! I wouldn’t advise anyone to go there. Terrible business."

"I called this place today looking for a radiator in a power steering pump for my 1995 F150 5. 8 motor and the guy was very rude all because I didn't know my transmission model because apparently there's two different kinds that go to this truck but I did tell him mine was an automaticand,I didn't know what it was two different kinds that go to a automatic F-150 5.8, I'm not a mechanic! I can't believe he couldn't just look it up on the computer!!!! but what would the transmission part matter if I'm just looking for a radiator in a power steering pump? But I told him my truck was an automatic and I gave him the motor size and year of my vehicle, so I don't understand why I would have to have any information for my transmission? I called AutoZone and they never even asked me the question he asked me about two different types of transmission. They found the parts I needed without that information. So I don't understand why he couldn't and when I didn't know the part, he seemed to be talking down to my, I didn't appreciate that! I would NEVER recommend this place, because of the way the guy talk to me!!!! Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope whomever buy's from this place has better luck than me????"
