"We attempted to use their services to have our vehicle towed to Von Holzen's in Ashland. We contacted them through their business page, and provided all the relevant information which included two phone numbers, and the date/time the vehicle needed to arrive well in advance. We tried calling the husbands cell phone that his wife provided to be sure they would tow our vehicle as agreed, and his voicemail was full. We never received a phone call, and no communication until 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment claiming we didn't answer our phones, were wrong about our inquiry, weren't nice people, and we never had a service appointment scheduled. All which is untruthful. We had to cancel the appointment because of their failure to arrive.
We contacted Tomlinson's Towing, and were contacted by phone within 20 minutes of our request for services. Paid over the phone, and were provided an appointment the next day. I would suggest anyone using this service have alternative plans in place. Would not recommend."
