"DO NOT TAKE YOU VEHICLE HERE! I dont even no where to begin husband took his jeep here they were supposed to fix the harmonic balancer and engine and transmission mount along with a pinyon seal. Picked the jeep they said they broke the radiator so they had to charge for a new one 149.00 my husband let that go then halfway home it started making a very bad noise got up to discover there was not one single drop of antifreeze in the radiator. Called them they said bring it back so it took it back there response as to the noise and no antifreeze was when they replaced the mounts it made other bolts loose so that was the noise it was making and the reason it had no antifreeze was because it was a air bubble in it. Okay now he just noticed that the front of the jeep has been wrecked the plastic on the bumper is broken the grill is loose... So my guess is these people wrecked the jeep and that is how the radiator got broke. So warning do not let these people touch your vehicle."

"Not the friendliest or most helpful place. Sign on the door directed us to the yard. While in the yard we were confronted by someone who was less than polite telling us we needed to check in at the office. Went back to the office to find a lady who had walked right by us on our first trip to the yard. She was somewhat helpful, but didn't really seem to care if we found what we we're looking for or not."

"I was directed to Ace Towing by my insurance roadside service support people. Matt, one of the drivers for Ace, called me on my cell phone to verify that all the information the insurance company gave him was correct, and when I explained to him the special circumstances of my situation (I need a special lug key to change out my tires but did not have one) he offered to go get his own lug key out of his personal vehicle to see if it would fit. When his lug key did not fit, Matt was patient with me and even offered suggestions on how to get my car fixed as quickly as possible. He then proceeded to tow my vehicle to Discount Tire for me, where he left instructions for the people there so my car would be repaired first thing the next morning.
I was thoroughly impressed with how prompt their service was, how friendly and helpful the driver was, and very happy with the way they treated my vehicle in the towing process. I recommend Ace Towing to anyone who needs a tow in the Grand Junction area."

"Back in December, I wrecked my Corolla and had Ace tow it. They agreed to do a Bill Of Sale in exchange for the title because at the time, my credit union had it. I was pleased with how efficient and friendly everyone were, even the little dog. I had no problems with them whatsoever and would recommend them."
