Whatch out for bad language and being called a lier
"I took a transfer case back to them because it had a bad output shaft bearing and got cussed at for it being in pieces where you could see the bad bearing. Then was told I would not get a full refund. Finally joe gave me a full refund. Gene isn't someone there to deal with so make sure you talk to joe. AS a business owner myself you never cuss out a customer which I got from gene."
