"I called and purchased a seat from them. When I got there and the guy had brought it out to me. The seat was the wrong color. Which when I saw it online it looked gray not black. Also the condition of the seat was not "A" grade. The seat rails were very rusty. The guy stated that I will be charged a restocking fee if I did not want it which I did not agree with. He then went inside and told the manager and I heard them laughing about it. She came out and I told her to look at the pictures that I saw online on my phone but she did not want to look. Then I told her again I did not want to pay for the restocking fee. She started to get angry and saw the company jacket I was wearing and stated that she will call my manager since they do a lot of "business" with us. I was thrown back by that statement. She then went inside and said she looked at the pictures but told me honda names there black seats gray which could very well be my misunderstanding as well. But how does a business operate like this threatening a customers jobs over $30? Needless to say I paid the restocking fee which I would have been fine with if it was all a misunderstanding since I understand an employee would have had time pulling the part. If she didn't threaten my job this review would not be here. Please learn from this. People have families and are trying to live too.

You did threaten my job by saying "Would you like me to call your manager? " How is that not a threat? As you were walking in I stated "I'm sorry I ruined your day" not "oh did I ruin your day". Also I never once said you did not know what you were talking about. I was not being argumentative and was just stating the facts. Please let me know how I was being condescending because I did not feel like I was. Again learn from this and treat people with respect especially your customers."
