"The guys who do the yard work are top notch. The guys in the office, not so much. They provide no help in letting you know how their system works, yet are quick to get grumpy with you when you don't immediately know what to do. Maybe some people skills classes are needed."

"My husband and I have been regular customer's at Wallick's for number of years, we have always been dealt with fairly and politely. Absolutely love these hard working guys!"

"Absolutely terrible customer service in the aluminum and copper section. Drove 40 minutes to be told out-of-state DL's are not accepted after being talked extremely rude too. I then drive home, call the front office to which they informed me they do accept out-of-state DL's. Drove back a day later and the same rudeness from the same person. Had over 100 lbs of copper that he insisted was burnt which it was not, asked if I could separate the good and the bad, he said law has changed and they don't accept burnt copper, should of had it separated before coming, I said I don't carry the Ohio law regulations in my back pocket so could you let me separate it off to the side. Can't do it on the property, I said I drove 40 mins and he was trying to turn me away again. Eventually he ended up not accepting any of it and said it was all burnt. My advice is to seek another place of business that treats and talks to you like a human life form, and not some piece of trash, which is what this person looked like by the way. When I arrived I was very pleasant until the way I started to be treated. Just avoid this place if these are the kinds of people they desire to employ."
