"We called on the weekend when Vrbas was closed and the owner met us there within an hour to get us what we needed to get back on the road. He is very knowledgeable about Volkswagens and was happy to answer the many questions that we had for him. Thank you so much for your help and for getting us back on track for our vacation in our vanagon. We won’t forget it."

"Don't waste your time or money. Original head gaskets replaced on a vanagon with good compression and no issues otherwise. Passenger side had just barely started to weep. Lasted less than 14months/4k miles. Blew out completely and lost massive amounts of coolant very quickly. Come to find out it was a hack job. Nothing machined and original head studs re used which is apparently a big no no. I was clear that if there were any other parts that even looked like they needed replaced soon that I would air on the side of spending the money and doing it. Especially the head studs or even new heads! Knowing this, he even tried to JB weld a crack in my exhaust instead of just ordering new. Quality and customer experience is on par with what you would expect from basically a junkyard."
