When that shipper failed and took too long, Ron took it upon himself to help get a reliable company and get my products on the road. I’m so excited. "On 8/14 my van broke down one day after replacing my battery; any guesses? If you guessed alternator you’re correct! I called everywhere local trying to find a match for my 2005 chevy venture with no luck. Additionally I had to find one that was priced way under the $250-$300 we were being quoted as the cost to replace. I was referred to Toms Auto Salvage and made a quick call where I spoke to a friendly gentleman who found the part, and quoted me a very fair and affordable price. He said it would be pulled the next morning and arrive in 2 to 3 days. My day went from being absolute hell to feeling like I had the best luck in that short phone call. Not even 48 hours later the part arrived. My husband is currently putting the alternator in as I write this review. Having car trouble is the absolute pits, so having a fast, friendly efficient solution is truly the best remedy, and I am incredibly grateful!
