"Found a driver mirror in their site for my Elantra GT listed as color grey hatchback, but when I picked up it was black and didn't fit. I think it was for sedan. They offered a full refund or if I wanted they would locate the correct part. They called back next week with the correct part and the matching color. Their price was also better than other salvage yards. Very happy. Would be 5 stars if I didn't have to make a second trip."

I am a Coloradan who knows that all the good salvage yards are on the east coast. Mike, the owner, was so so very kind and down to earth! He is great to talk to. However, he flat out LIED to me. I purchased a door for my fj. He said it came with the inner and outer panels (it’s only inner), and that there were no flaws on it (there are scratches as well as a dent). I wouldn’t have paid over $300 for this and I definitely wouldn’t have paid $450 to ship it to Colorado if Mike was just honest with me. No salesperson and especially no owner should lie to their customers this blatantly. Absolutely ridiculous. Yes he gave me a small discount since I’m out of state but now it makes sense why."
