"Employees were friendly and helpful. I like that they are located in town. I like that I can drop my scrap metal off & not mess with posting it on face book for someone to come pick up. I like that it's being recycled & I like that I even got a few bucks $8+.
They close at 4 so be sure to get there early enough to have time to do the whole process. It only took me 15 minutes.
This was my first time taking scrap metal to be recycled. I pulled up on their scale, there is a sign telling you where to stop. You press & hold the button on the intercom until it beeps, then tell them what you are there for, recycle scrap metal(futon couch frame, and a hammock frame. You pull straight ahead to a small structure. After telling the employees what you brought, they give you a slip that indicates what you dropped off and tell you where you can unload it. They helped me unload my futon frame(Thank you). Then you continue pulling on around the building, to the scale again. Press & hold the button until it beeps & tell them you just dropped off material. After they respond you turn right after the scale and pull up by the loading docks. There are steps at the north end of the docks that lead to the office where you show your id and turn in your slip. Easy to do! Office staff was helpful when I called to find out what to do too."

"I called to ask what would be accepted for recycling. The receptionist spoke very quickly upon answering, and as soon as I said I had some questions, she put me on hold. I wasn’t on hold for very long, but I felt like I was bothering her when she got back on the phone. “Just bring it in” was her quick response to two of the three things I asked about. She attempted to answer my questions in a very short and speedy response as if she didn’t have time to talk to me. She did mention she would try to answer my questions in between customers. I apologize for bothering her at a busy time, but that was unpredictable on my end. I had no idea. Our entire phone call was less than one minute. I wasn’t about to ask for anymore information (I’ve never recycled items here before). I didn’t feel important enough to deserve service."
