"Great Great Experience with Searcy Auto Salvage new management/owner. If I could give a 10 star review I would in a heart beat. Thank you Roger and Crystal and Nick and all the other employees that had their hands on putting a motor in our sons Dodge Charger. They were very explanatory on each thing doing to the car and answered any questions we had. Any other issues with any of our vehicles we will definitely be back. Great People and Great Prices."

"We had a very frustrating experience this week. We needed one easily accessible nut that attaches the steering wheel on our truck. We could have ordered it online for a couple of dollars but decided to get one from Searcy Auto Salvage so we didn't have to wait several days. My son went with the tools he needed to pull the part. He was greeted by a friendly employee who didn't know where the Chevy Silverados were on the lot but was willing to walk around looking and visiting with my son. They found the part that was needed, but the employee insisted that he had to be the one to remove it although it was just a nut that had to be detached. The employee didn't know what to do so my son had to show him, but was not permitted to actually do it. Then, with part in hand, they walked back to pay for it. We knew it should be less than $5 but they charged $20, explaining that the charge included paying for the employee's time. We felt taken advantage of because this was not clear on the front end and it was all so leisurely and friendly at first. And, my son didn't need the help. He was completely knowledgeable and able to get the needed part. But at this point, he felt stuck. He paid the $20, but we will not be going back if this is the practice for this business. This has never been our experience in the past at salvage yards and we even thought this one was a fair and reasonable place."
