"Great service, my car was smashed last winter and had to get rid of it quickly as I couldn't hold it longer in my parking as it was uninsured. But they quickly came and collected it. Loved it"

"Had a break down in the Kootenay pass out of cell service. A trucker called us in at the top of the hill and Scrapking was out with two trucks (one for our truck and one for the sleeping trailer) in no time. Good thing I have AMA! They took me right to the Nissan dealer in Cranbrook. Thanks Chris and gang -- you made a bad situation manageable."

"Car lockout turned into survival situation at the summit due to no-show truck. Called BCAA early afternoon from mountaintop, quoted 1.5 hrs, we were in a parking lot on the side of the highway in a popular spot. Directions where to find us were crystal clear. BCAA is partially responsible for this, but the responsibility lays with the outfit for knowing the area and not blaming things like no cell service. That's your job, to get people out of trouble.
We had an inreach and were texting friends to call on our behalf. Company wouldn't provide ETA, I got texts toy satellite assuring it had been dispatched. And one the driver was looking for us. We didn't see a truck. Between the two of us we made sure we were at both lots but had to warm up. It snowed all day and I was wet. A week later I'm still sick. 7 hrs passed until hitching back to Creston at 10pm. Next day, "Sierra" from Creston, arrived at the hotel promptly, and drove me up to the summit. She was great.
The night prior however, they sent someone not competent to do the job and we suffered for it."
