"I restored a 61 Ford F-250 unibody and needed some hard to find parts as well as some easy stuff. Sam and his father were increadably helpful and very knowledgeable. They also helped with some odd stuff for our 65 Fairlane 500 2door coupe. I also purchased a Y block 292 he had and his price was way more than fare. It’s still purrs after 4 years. I recommend Sam’s vintage Ford store and will be sad if he ever has to close as there are so few good old fashioned salvage and parts stores left in Denver. Sam is always happy to look up part numbers and find out just what Ford did, even for parts made before I was born. Sam still knows how to look up something in a book ( and has the original parts books) and never says “ Don’t know-it’s not in the computer” My Dad, me and my family say thanks Sam!"

"Soooo Helpful!
We are restoring a 1971 F100. One day the transmission started making a horrible sound when we put it into gear, Sam suggested we not pay for a completely rebuilt tranny and we bring it in for him to look at. Not only did he open it up and tell us exacty what was broken, he was able to locate some incredibly rare gears and put it back together. $130 as opposed to a $500 rebuild. Got the tranny back in yesterday and it runs perfectly!
Thanks Sam!"
