"It was great. In the past I would go to Higgins in Breckenridge because it was closer. Rifkin was fantastic. The gentleman than unloaded my trailer very very helpful. He even separated my sheet metal from the heavy metal. It was fun. Can't wait to go back again."

"Walked in with my mask on but missed the sign that said "1 person in the office at a time" and got yelled at by the lady at the desk talking about "wait out there !" Her eyes looked like they were going to pop out of their sockets. Jeez.. is that how you treat people. How rude. I waited outside for a minute and just left and went to the other scrap yard 7 minutes away. Yall gotta do better as far as customer service skills go."
