"Called 100 times before they answered. Instead of a nice greeting I got a "what you want" when told what I need they followed up with "call somewhere else" and hung up. Ain't the whole point of a junkyard for PAYING people to come pick what they need? Don't ya think you would be a little nicer to people who wanna support the business. Horrible service. Recommend 29 Auto way more."

"Ordered a drivers side seatbelt for my car. The one that was sent to me did not work. When I called, I was told it would work when it was installed in the proper position as it was when being used. How can I install it if I can’t pull out the seatbelt? I offered to send this back, but they declined. They did offer to send another they had in stock. When it was received it was very rusted at the point where it is bolted to the floor. It was packaged with loose shredded paper, like from a paper shredder and in a Michael Koors gift bag. Why?
I know I was buying parts from a junkyard, but it would have made sense to be sure a product worked before sending it out. All in all not impressed."
