"Troy is awesome. The best mechanic I have had in years. It's good to see that there are a few honest mechanics left, but not many. Well worth the drive."
SCAMMING THE SCAMMERS Google Review
"Attempting to prove yourself to a customer with 10 seconds of googling is not how you will make a sale selling used engines, but remember, always ruin a sale by changing the subject into something irrelevant instead of doing your actual job, even if that means getting off a chair grabbing your own equipment to pull an engine off a shelf, going above and beyond is how you make new customers! Sitting back down on Google as the potential customer stands there would be the opposite ????!"
Elmaz Biberovic Google Review
"Now don't get too confused, this is about you and your business not me, as a business owner you should know customers don't need your explanation for something they were already in person to experience, next time you try to make a sale do not attempt to talk down to the customer but be more open minded such as when the potential customer says "well that part you googled isn't even for this engine" you would actually listen to them, it would be a better look on you and your business rather than running away and getting defensive (aka throwing a tangent) in reviews when you know very well you can not prevent negativity after the customer walks out unsatisfied ????"
