"Was really hoping to start a fair relationship with a "junk" yard (key word: junk). I have an older car and occasionally need parts. The OEM wants $160 for a whole set of brand new seatbelts. RH Wilson's wants $125 for (bottom car in picture) a moldy 2005 bench seatbelt buried in the heart of a thousand abandoned junk heaps. Why not try being fair with people instead of trying to exploit the law of supply and demand? Sure, I need the seatbelt (can't pass inspection without it) but the demand for it is limited to me. You end up losing a sale and a locally positioned walking endorsement by trying to squeeze someone already in a pinch. Shameful nonsense (it's all trash!) Additionally, I will definitely tell anyone any chance I get how incredibly unfair and greedy you are. GTFOH. You know what you can do with that seatbelt? You're officially on the list of shady automotive places in Pepperell. I would sooner drive the car into a ravine than hand you $125! Not to mention the next time I need a part I won't even consider calling you. The positive reviews are baffling. Speak up please. What do you have to say for yourself? Why treat so many people fairly and then try to hose me?"

"I was lied to about a part that I ordered. I ordered the parts and waited a few days only to call back and have them tell me it was the wrong part and not what I had wanted. Seems like they didn't want to sell it to me anymore."

"Thoroughly impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Both the counter guy, fork truck operator, and yard guys. I was in today to remove and buy a tailgate for a minivan and it was on the outskirts of the yard stacked on top of another car. They were very helpful to pull it down for me to get the gate off with ease. This is a hidden gem in the quiet town of Pepperell."
