"Excellent service. I came the first time and I’m not in great health. They were attentive and helpful explaining everything and unloaded my truck. AAA+++"

"I had a broke toe so I couldn't walk very well. And the manager or owner of the place came down and called me a drunk, a drug addict. When I told him I wasn't drunk or on drugs. He called me a liar. I told him he need to mind his own business End had some words with him. About calling people a drunk. And so then he banned me from there.
I think he should be reprimanded for the way he treated me. And I believe he should apologize."

"Arrived this morning with a trailer full of copper and steel at 12:15. Signage and instructions were not very clear. As I enter the second drive to drop off copper I was frowned at by a very ornery man on a forklift. I immediately knew that this was not going to go well so I turned my trailer full of metal and went to OMNISOURCE where I was greated by very curious staff."
