"Bought a cylinder head from them over the phone. Waited a week and called to see if it was out. Then told it wasn't processed yet and couldn't give me an eta of removal. 2 hours later, I get a call saying it's out, so I drive 2 hrs for the part only to find out all the valves are bent. And they don't warranty the valves. Refunds take 48 hrs. What a joke company. If you want to see a circus, have at it."

"You had good prices and fast shipping! I appreciate you standing behind your product and I would shop there again even though I returned my part. Thank you!"

"Called to see if they had vehicles on the lot for a specific year range. They confirmed that they had several. Told them what part I needed and they said they didn't inventory it but he would ask someone about it (its a rather easy part.) I offered to email them pictures of what I was looking for and they weren't interested. They called back 10 minutes later and recommended I contact the dealership (for a 2000-2005 vehicle.) Basically they didn't want to actually go to any of the vehicles they had on the lot to look for the part. I offered to go search myself and they said no. Guess I'll go Seek help from their competitor in town. I'm sure they don't have a problem actually looking for the part to help a customer."
