"Friend of mine had a horrible experience here. Please be cautious here. Photo shows the oil leak.
“ Purchased a truck from them
May 9th had a blown engine 2 days later. Asked Tyler if there was any oil leaks the owner of the dealership and he said no they found the only ones and fixed them. That night I had an oil leak and reached back out to them. Fast forward past horrible communication from his dad John and now I have a blown engine and turbo that will cost between $7k-$8k. All because I signed a piece of paper that says as is. Showing that the owners words as a man are trash and they would rather hide behind a piece of paper then do what’s right. They offered me $1000. I have twins on the way and financially this will crush us. I now will have to decide on keeping my good credit or feeding my kids. The crazy thing is there mechanical Wes looked at the truck when it first came in said it had no oil leak besides the one they fixed. Once they looked at the truck after I got it back to them they still said there was no oil leak. I sent them picture and video and you can see where the oil was leaking down. But when asked if it’s a possibility Wes missed this that’s not an option. I’ve worked for dealerships and I’ve never seen this type of screw job before this is Busch league stuff. I thought Tyler was a great guy but he is a fraud and pulled a fast one.”"

"The staff was very friendly and respectful. They listened to what I had to say. The price for their time to check the car and work on it was reasonable. My car was fixed, and I was able to pick it up in a few hours."

"Untrustworthy. My wife and I recently brought our car in for service as there was a grinding sound coming from the left front wheel. $1500 in parts and labor later when we picked up the car there was still a grinding noise from the front left wheel. We brought it back in and they said that it wasn't part of the original quote to fix, the new quote was only $360. Definitely feel like they pulled a fast one on us replacing $1500 worth of parts that the car didn't need rather than the wheel bearing that was causing the sound in the first place. We will not be coming back and recommend no one come here for maintenance or vehicle purchase."
