"Great experience! The owner Fabio is super efficient and they are less expensive than Canadian Tire. They were able to quickly get parts for my civic 09 and they went out of their way to fit me into the schedule. They are very good at communication. Recommend 100%"

"Went there to buy a headlight assembly for my Mazda. They were quickly able to get me part the next day. Unfortunately, the part didn't fit in my car, so they took the return and refunded me the full amount without any hassle. Will recommend them for you auto parts need."

"I have an very bad experience today! I bought a quarter tail lamp several days ago. When I picked it up, there is a receipt sticky to the lamp. When my husband installed it, he peeled the receipt off, there was a layer of white glue on the lamp and it was very hard to remove. My mechanic used special sandy paper and I used my hand, we tried very hard to clean the glue. After cleaning, one scratch and several small cracks appear on the lamp under the glue area. The glue was used to cover the flaw. The boss of Auto Salvage didn't listen my explanation. I am very angry because he said I made it and I am a liar. The lamp is $75 + tax and I don't bother to continue to fight with him. I wouldn't purchase anything from them because I don't believe them anymore. The funny thing is that I have to use tape or glue to cover the cracks to prevent leaking in the future. Hope it works."
