"Weak Customer Service and Poor Communication. I received poor details on a quotation. I was told Japanese vehicles are purchased for more than German vehicles, which to me is crap. Since this company had false advertised about paying "top dollar" for any vehicle and is willing to give me $200 for a 2001 Audi A4 Quattro then I'm expecting more poor reviews or maybe a lawsuit down the line for this company. They need to do better with their advertisement and be more specific to what make and model will be paid top dollar for."
