"I went here to buy batteries, and told them the exact engine so I figured there would be no issues. I take both batteries out of my diesel to find out they gave me the gas batteries. Also on top of that they also were rushing me through the entire process. If you want better experience go to the sparta o Reilly."

"Wow! Wow is about all I have to say. Brought rotors in to be turned. Waited 3 hours before we contacted them to see if they were done. They said they were done a while ago but the phone number wasn't right. Well then maybe you should write the number down accurately. That isn't even the worst of it. Get to the store and ask for them. They can't find them. The one guy is looking and the other one is like "I think I know what happened." Gets on the phone and calls the guy they gave them to. Mistakes happen and that isn't the issue. The issue is not once did the guy then look at me and apologize to me what was going on. I figured it out from the phone call. He could have looked at me after hanging up the phone and apologize for the mistake and explain the guy was coming back and would be back in 10 minutes. Super simple. No I hear him tell the other guy what happened. I was basically invisible even though I am the customer and you sold my rotors to someone else. Completely ridiculous. I am so tired of dealing with horrible customer service by most places nowadays! This is the reason I never shop at oreillys in general because the people behind the counter have no clue how to treat customers."
