"People here are friendly and helpful. I went in yesterday to find bolts to hold my new motorcycle plate. The bolts i bought there didn't really fit and the store closed right after i bought them to exchange a new pairs. Colin helped me secure the plate temporary to get home with some of his washers in his car even though he could have left after work.
Another time, i took my car in to check the battery because my radio on my car kept turn on and off after 10s. There was a lady that helped me but I couldn't remember her name. She checked the battery and found out the connections in the positive/ negative were loose. She tightened them and problem was fixed. Saved me a lot of money because I would have bought it to a shop if that didn't happen.

"Got a $75 mower battery last week. Got it home and wouldn't start mower,put it on charge and it was at 50%, charged it up to 100 and mower started. Next morning go to start it to load up for work, wouldn't start, put charger on again, battery was at 62%.
Had time today to run it back up to O'Reilly and they tell me they won't warranty it because it doesn't test bad. DO NOT BUY BATTERIES FROM O'REILLY, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEM
I own 6 vehicles and a bunch of equipment. Will not be doing business with O'Reilly moving forward."
