"If your check engine light is on, you may not know that at O’Reilly, they have the diagnostic code reader they will let you bring into the parking lot and test your own codes or if they have time will come out and do it for you. Yesterday, while attempting to read my check engine light codes, their meter returned an error. O’Reillys employee was experienced enough to know that the adapter where the code reader plugs in is powered on the same circuit as the accessory plug a.k.a. cigarette lighter. We tested that and determined there was no power there. So he suggested I check my fuses and discovered, indeed one was blown for the accessory plug. I replace the fuse, we rechecked the diagnostic codes and discovered one emissions sensor was not working. O’Reillys employees were friendly and knowledgeable and got me back on the road with my problem solved."

"I am from out of town 3 hours away just got four brand new tires put on my vehicle was leaving Walmart and my CV axle broke on my 2004 Honda pilot, 3 guys helped push me into the gas station parking lot and not being from around here I didn't know the 1st place to go, that's when one of the guys saw Garrett who works at O'Reilly's at the gas pump and walked over and asked him if he knew of anybody that could replace my CV axle, he was so helpful he went back to O'Reilly's ordered me the part got me a card for boost Brothers called the guy for me and told him that I might be towing it to his shop with my AAA came back here delivered the message to me told me he ordered the part it would be in tomorrow morning, he went ABOVE and Beyond his Job !! People like Garrette and few and far inbetween !! He is nothing Short of An AMAZING human being !! And I can't thank you enough !!!! This guy deserves a raise and an Award !!"

"I am blown away by their service. I needed new wipers and the assistant Manager, I think the name was Garrett was wonderful. I didn't have to ask him but he volunteered to put my wipers despite the cold rain coming down. Everyone working here has always been helpful and tries to find you the most economical deal and won't pressure you or try to upset you like a lot of the other places do."
