"My friend and I were on the highway and the trailer tire blew. We stopped off at the nearest town and pulled into a body shop parking lot that happened to be closed for vacation. Two lug nuts would not come off. Thank God that Tanner saw us as he was walking back to work from lunch and offered to help. He said if we would go park in O’Reilly’s parking lot he could help us get those lug nuts off put the spare on. We were back on the road in less than 30 min. Tanner is a great employee and great person. Thank you, Tanner!"

"The O'Reilly in Fair Grove, MO is the most horrible store. The employees are very rude. One of the employees would not sell a part to us. We end up going back to them twice. The manager on duty named Michael was very rude. The whole store in Fair Grove, MO needs customer service 101. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
Also everything we went to this store they would always have their friends hanging around in the store."
