"With 8 hours left of my 13 hour trip back home my vehicle started acting up & didn't seem to be pumping enough fuel to my engine. I stopped here to see if I could get the codes read that had popped up to see what the issue could be after stopping at a mechanic shop that didn't even had a code scanner. Unfortunately O'Reilly's was out of commission since it needed an update. I had worked on a couple friend's vehicles & left my scanner in one of them so I didn't have it. I did end up purchasing a scanner here & figured out what was going on & fixed my vehicle to make the trip back without further issue. The employee was nice & the customers were as well."

"The younger guy I talked to a few days ago was real friendly! However who answered the phone today and helped my fiancé was on one. I called the number I obtained from online today and the man who answered did not articulate. He said “heka0&@€hxbekxb” of course to ensure I called the right number I asked if it was O’Reilly’s which he then decided to adopt a rather sour sarcastic attitude and said “yeeees” I said “ooooook” gave him same attitude. Got the answer to my question which is nice however. I then sent my fiancé to return a belt I didn’t actually need. He asked the man if it was going back to a card or cash. The man whipped the receipt on the checkout counter pointed to the receipt and said “right there 30 dollars cash” but apparently was rude and degrading when asked this question as though how could anyone have the audacity to ask such a thing. My fiancé defended him somewhat saying he was knowledgeable however, personally I don’t care how much you know if your attitude is like that.I’m willing to change my rating in the future but my experience today was not good! Customer service is real important and I hope to see improvement. *+1 star for answering my review thank you much"

"It was pouring down raining and I was in my husband’s car who had bad windshield wipers. I didn’t have a clue how to change them and my 1 yr old son was in the car so I asked for a quick tutorial on how to do it myself.
Paul told me to wait in the car and he would come out once the rain let up… it didn’t let up but he changed them anyway; he went above and beyond to help me!
