"I had a great experience with Nik's about 2 weeks ago. I went in for a battery and the gentleman called out to the yard he was very polite and they sold me a battery. Excellent transaction. Today I go in for another battery and The guy behind the counter was a different gentleman, and said he had no batteries and that they don't deal with batteries. I was puzzled, so I called him out on it. I told him that is was funny because the battery in the car I was driving came from them. I also told him he was doing a great job as I just chuckled at his inability to lie to me. Lying to your customers because you don't want to pull a battery is not good practice. Seems to be the norm now days. I will never use Nik's again for a single thing including my future rebuilds. Rule #1 for running a great business is simple, don't lie to your customers. I have the original invoice for the previous battery here you go."
