"Horrible service … tow truck driver had no idea what he was doing, actually broke another piece on my car before realizing he had no idea how to lift the truck.. left the tow truck in neutral backed into my front bumper and ran over his foot at which point I had to run to the truck and put it in drive and pull forward.. after I requested a refund I was told I had to travel to the shop to get a refund even though I had no vehicle, when I arrived I was told I had to wait for the boss to pull up which took an additional hour. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO MY WORST ENEMY!"

"I had an after hours emergency when my car suddenly wouldn’t start and I know very little about cars. My battery seemed fine and the lights were on for about 15min as I was vacuuming, but it then refused to start. The gentleman who picked up the phone was kind and very helpful, and when he arrived to tow very shortly after he listened to the problems I had and offered to try a jump before towing. We got the car started, he confirmed it was charging, and he patiently explained what I should do next to get it working fully. He was extremely kind, very helpful, and I cannot recommend this company enough. If I ever get stuck or need a repair in the future Moore’s will be my first call hands down."
