"This shop was recommended to me by the manager of the Oakland Harley-Davidson dealer. John was courteous, professional and thorough. Very satisfied!"

"Take my Gixxer there for valve adjustment, the bike wasn't starting normally after, and he said it is the battery, changed the battery and the same issue, and then John said it was crankshaft sensor, the sensor fixed it but now it time to time still having trouble to start. Also, it took one month, and I spent over $1500 on repairs and Uber to go back and forth. Avoid this place, so do not regret your decision like me; I wish I was taking it to the dealer."

"I went in for my stuck ignition lock, wouldn't go into handle lock position.
I called in and explained the problem. John said to bring it in and he'll take a look.
I brought in only the ignition as I've done all the labor to remove it from the bike.
I was told to wait outside while they were taking a look at it.
The ignition piston was stuck so they had to cut around to have the piston room to get it unstuck.
It took them about 15 mins.
The cost to me was$90.
I felt the price was too steep,"
