"liar of a human being. she does not appreciate her business or her customers. since she doesn't appreciate what she has, she should lose her business by losing business. she told us as long as we get there before 4 we would be able to take our scrap. we got there before 4, she closed early because customers and her employees were complaining. we caught her as she was locking up. my father with health issues and a heart condition asked her politely if she was closed early and why? she proceeded to VERBALLY ATTACK my father and was SCREAMING AND YELLING at him. her employees still on the lot. i was left struggling trying to come up with gas money to get home. i went off on her long haired wanna be hippie employee for being lying pos and he laughed. because he finds making a woman and her 1 yr old and her elderly father with a heart condition walk in the 100 degree heat from montrose to lowry city was funny. why were her customers complaining? well if she is a bold faced liar she was probably ripping some people off being a con artist. she ALWAYS has a horrible disposition. EVERYTIME i go into her shop. she gives all of her customers attitudes. HEY "MEREDITH", got a problem with your customers? stop being in customer service. you can not hack being business owner. since you are a liar and locked up early because of complaints, you still got complaints after locking up early because of complaints and now you also have a complaint for google to tell everyone what you are actually like as a human being. HORRID. just like your business owning skills and your customer service. those are horrid because it is a reflection of your miserable soul and horrible disposition. if i could give you no stars i would. that is the last time i go to this location to recycle anything. may God have mercy on you and your long haired chump of a rude employee."

"This morning was a terrible experience. A lady came out first thing and told us that she wasn't going to buy our trash. When in fact, it was aluminum cans that had been bagged but the bags were deteriorating. And that are cans had to be bagged. So my husband and I went across the street to Casey's and bought two things of trash bags and bagged them in the Casey's parking lot. Went back across the street to sell them and staff ripped the bags open and dumping into trash cans and threw the bags in the trash. It was the first time they made me feel like we were trying to cheat them or something!! We also had a bunch of clean aluminum (we removed the staples, nails, screws, & wire) that came off a trailer. Going over it like a fine-tooth comb and making faces as if judging. I told the workers they could use their magnet all they wanted, we worked our tails off to make sure that that aluminum was clean. I would expect them to run magnets over it to make sure its clean, but not like a fine-tooth comb. All the time & hard work that we put into making sure that the aluminum was clean. We did them a favor by bringing it to them clean & sorted. They would have got zero stars from me today but to leave a review I had to have at least one star."
