"I needed some work done on my bike, so I made an appointment with M-Tech. I talked with them about what needed to be done to the bike and the appointment was made for three weeks out. Three weeks later when I bring the bike in they tell me they’ll be done working on it in another three weeks. I was confused as the work needing to be done, was not very extensive, it was at this point that they told me that they do not order parts until somebody dropped the bike off so now I’m waiting an additional couple weeks for parts to be delivered. I would have happily paid for the parts to be ordered at the time I made the appointment had they let me know. I was very specific about which part I wanted installed on my bike and they decided to switch it out for a different model without contacting me. the model I requested integrated with my bikes computer. The model they installed, needed an additional controller mounted on the handlebars to function properly. Also, they were very rude. I would give them zero out of five stars if that was possible."
