"NIGHTMARE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. We ordered a complete rear subframe assembly for a truck, and got two control arms and a knuckle. Now a week later we have no parts, and LKQ has our money, and won't call back or issue a refund.

"Purchase a transmission from here everything was going good till I got it installed and mechanic put fresh transmission fluid. The next day I noticed it was leaking Lost over 2 quarts looks like there was a hairline crack at the bottom of the transmission when I picked it up, there was no fluids in it, so there was no way for me to even know that it was no good. Paid the mechanic to JB Weld the hairline crack. Called up and talked to my rep good guy management said unfortunately there was nothing they can do to help me out even though they gave me a cracked transmission they said because the mechanic fixed it that they couldn't cover or give me any type of reimbursement or warranty. long story short just buy a remanufactured one and save yourself driving and headaches."
