"Very negative experience. Volvo Needed window for a car show was told by Theresa it was in stock, available next day late afternoon at the latest, then Theresa called and said it wasn't available until Monday (short handled). I received a call Monday morning it was ready. Drive 45 mins and what was waiting for me was the complete wrong one. Called Theresa back to let her now and ask why or how this happen. She hung up on me. Took NO responsibility.
If you can avoid lkq please do. Worst company in Portland. I also have it received my refund."

"I have had great luck with the Portland team of LKQ both in sales and in the warehouse. When they have the part I need I save a lot."

"Went there to pick up a motor that was ready, when I got there I was greeted by getting yelled at because I showed up at 4:30 (15 mins before you can’t pick up anymore) Steven was very unprofessional and honestly don’t know how he still has a job I work for a huge company that spends a lot of money with Lkq and honestly won’t go back he needs new training or a new job I can see why the reviews at this location is not good he’s definitely part of the problem"
