"Spoke to Ricky on the phone about a part I'd purchased (it was used, broken, and unuseable by the way)! He was extremely rude (interrupting, wouldn't let me get a word in etc.) and hung up on me but did answer my question (sort of)."

"I hope they don’t service like they drive. Very reckless!!"

"I called last week(1/10/2023) to get a price on a re-used engine to purchase for my GMC. the man I spoke with said he would call me back, but he didn't. I called again today, and this new man said that they don't speak to just consumers and that I would have to place my order online. He was very rude and short with me, it's almost like he didn't want to talk to me and now didn't have to talk to me. What about the people that don't have internet access, how you plan to help them? Had high hopes, but I'll go to some other place. Thanks but no thanks."
