"Joe was very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I needed a body control module for a 2007 Caravan and 2 hours away, this is the closest place I could find one. Instead of waiting for it to be shipped, I decided it would be a nice drive and I got to pick it up right away. Reasonable prices, I paid $50 for it. I definitely recommend this place. The only caution I would add is if you have bad brakes, be extra careful driving there as they are located in a place that requires driving down a long, steep, very bumpy driveway/road. Also, the map was a bit confusing so I ended up driving in a big circle to get to it. That is nothing bad on them though, Dubuque just has really weird roads around the area. ????????????"

"I was hit by a semi in dubuque and wound upjunking my ford E250. Since I had a broken knee I had to do it by phone. Joe at Key City took a few things out and is holding them for me. He gave me a very good price, was quick picking it up so I had no storage costs to pay.
He was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. I haven't met Joe yet since my knee has a while to go before I can walk around but look forward to it.
