"Ipull-upull used to be really great. The prices were good and they’d get better vehicles then other yards in the area. But I recently saw some vehicles that sparked my interest that made me wanna go back after not going for awhile. It was all down hill from there. I was told that the premium lot was closed but someone was able to guide me in there. The girl who guided me in there was extremely nice and very helpful and patient. But I was told I you can no longer pull your own parts from that yard that someone has to remove them for you and you get charged on top of that. If that’s the case the whole yard should be that way and it shouldn’t be a self service junkyard. The purpose is the convenience of waking up early and getting the part you want the same day doing it yourself. Not wait for someone who might not be able to do it the same day and not know how to remove the part in question or damage it. I was looking at specialty parts off the police vehicles that you wouldn’t find anywhere else and it’s very important cables are not cut and or damaged or the entire thing would be worthless. I wouldn’t trust someone to have the patience of removing the entire interior of a vehicle and removing cables zip tied throughout the whole car. I don’t wanna be charged extra for all that nor do I want it damaged or destroyed. Other things I wanted that was loose I could grab and was allowed to take to the counter absolutely nobody knows what the items are or how to price them. The manager isn’t there but they send pictures of the items to him and he replies with a ridiculous price on items that they have no information on or could explain how they work. But threw a price at the wall to see if it stuck. I am extremely disappointed with that entire experience. I have been a loyal member and signed up with ipull membership since they took over from the original octopus yard. I had a conversation with possibly a manger at ipull explaining my bad experiences at another junkyard in Fresno for making up prices and being rude to the customers. In which return said “we’d never do anything like that your first mistake was going there to begin with.” Well ipull has officially gone to that level and it’s unfortunate that’s the direction it went. There’s no difference between the cars in the premium lot and the normal lot. They’re all in the same junkyard because they were decided to be scrapped. It doesn’t matter if some of the cars are newer then others they’re still inside a “junkyard” and not a retail parts store with retail prices."
