"Vey shady mechanic who does bad work. Took my VW here due to engine misfire. My extended warranty would’ve paid but he kept claiming they didn’t send him an email. Ended up paying almost $1000 just for the exact same engine issues to return in less than a month."

"This place is horrible. I should've known something was wrong when they quoted us two different prices. My friend called one day they quoted him $700. By coincidence my son and his father stop by there they quoted them $750 plus $500 install. Well we only needed the transmission. We had someone to put it in. The owner suggested that we have them install it and he would give and extra 30 day warranty on it. He asked how much was the other mechanic going to charge. I told him a cheaper price he went on to say my mechanic doesn't know what he's doing. Even after all of that we purchased the transmission on January 4, 2017 because college started back on January 9, 2017. We really needed to go ahead and get it. My son paid the $860 because he had to pay $750 plus $50 core charge and of course taxes. We where thinking he is going to walk at the store with the transmission. No he didn't, they told him they had to get it and they will call him when it was ready for pick up. So we are thinking ok maybe in a couple of hours no later than 1 day because we are on a timeline here. So we never heard back from them. I started to call around and found another transmission. To my surprise and found a cheaper one. So on today January 6, 2017 we went to the store to get a refund. The transmission still wasn't in. The Receptionist called the owner checking on it. The owner told him he would be there in 10 minutes with it. I went on to tell him, no we just want a refund at this point. He refused to give me a refund. (He was very rude and disrespectful. I don't know what job that allows staff to curse at there customers. No one that plans on being in business long.)He said his boss will be there in 10 minutes. By this time I'm thinking maybe we should call the cops for assistance. The owner finally shows up and tells the receptionist to get it off the truck. We told him no we just want a refund. He then say there is a restock fee. They tried to refund me $487....I'm like NO!!! We had words back and forth. Then the owner goes to say the transmission been there it's been in the back. We continued to have words. He finally decided to credit my card back.
