"The workers here are fantastic and personable. While driving from Fayetteville to bentonville, the bottom part of my car came off and was dragging (due to a oil change). I had no idea what was going on. I drove on the side of 49 for 5 miles during rush hour, sobbing, and finally came across this place. The man came out and I asked him if he had any duct tape. He then laid on the hot cement for probably 10 mins, and helped me without any question (he didn’t duct tape it either. He really fixed it so I’d be safe to drive). He explained everything the oil place did wrong and talked me through everything he was doing. I tried to pay him but he insisted I didn’t and told me he has a daughter and to not worry about it. Not many places have workers as kind and considerate as this place. They’re so deserving of business! I didn’t catch the name of the man who helped me, but if you’re reading this, thank you for your kindness. You saved me so many tears and turned my day completely around."

"horrible transaction needed fender and wheel molding for my truck one molding was damaged guy to it to the back and beat it flat with a piece of wood, didnt see damage to fenders, drove an hour to my shop got parts out got two right hand fender called talked to trey he said it was my fault twice on phone had to drive another hour to get right parts no sorry... just heres your fender,"
