"Jon was very quick to respond and sell me the used engine, but never stood behind his 90 day warranty. I had a part go bad that came off the engine he sent me, after almost 90 days of trying to even get a text back, he says its an external part and is not covered. The part was sent to me on the engine he sold me, but yet its an external part and not covered. There also is not fine print behind his "warranty" so there will always be a way out. They proceeded to tell me I had to bring my core back and that I shouldn't have sold it. I paid my core fee upfront.
I had no problems with this business at the beginning. They were great until they got my money."

"Really needed to replace our wheels on our Lexus. Chrome wheels leaked all the time. I was able to replace with non-chrome that looked exactly like the originals. Price was very reasonable.
Huge shout out to The Garage for finding the place and referring it."

"WARNING! DO NOT USE! Purchased a part needed in shop where I work. They were only salvage dealer in AL that listed part Ordered on 9/8 with understanding of 200.00 freight charge as we are located outside their normal coverage area. They delivered on 9/13. During install on 9/16, we discovered that purchased part was damaged. Advised Graham's owner at that time and documented with pics. Owner offered replacement part which we could not accept as vehicle was to be delivered that date. Advised him that we would get part back to him so he would not have to hire driver to pickup part. Was unable to return damaged part until 10/28 at no cost to them. At that point, we were advised that 30% restocking fee would be charged and there would be no refund on original delivery fee. Nothing is on paperwork indicating re stocking, late fees, etc. and nothing was mentioned by them prior to date part returned. Been in the automotive industry since 1981 and never has something like this happened. Reached out by phone and email but there was no response. BUYER BEWARE!!"
