"Very disappointed. I ordered a part online for a very fair price, however I had to pay $125 for shipping. Still very pleased with the price: I ordered on Feb 24th and it is March 9th and I have not received anything from them but a receipt the day I purchased. I have called 3rd and was on hold forever only to get a message machine. I have left messages, used the chat link and sent an email to the receipt sender. I have tried everything short of driving there to gain contact. All I want to know is an approximate eta for my part."

"Horrible service force me to pay for the part upfront before I even got it, but make other people pay half just so they can know that you serious about buying from them then have them pay the other half once it’s there. I had to pay for the whole part upfront and they telling me that it be there the next day and I’ve been waiting for two weeks now and I’m still waiting for a part that’s coming from Kentucky to INDY and that’s less then three hour drive. Every time I call I’m getting lied two. It’s beginning to make me question if the part I’m getting is any good"
