"Really terrible service. Used them twice, both times were failures.
The first time I was looking for an AC compressor. They said they had the correct one. Drove there, found out it was wrong.
They spent 30 minutes looking for the correct part but didnt have it.
Okay, that's fine. It happens.
Second time I went looking for a radio/CD player. They had 2 listings. Said they needed to pull it.
Took my number and said they would call.
One week later, no call. I called them and their excuse was "we're really busy cleaning the yard". Oh, really? Couldn't have told me that a week ago?
I said I need to know by tomorrow (8 full days later). They said fine. Never heard from them again. Here it is 2 weeks later and not a peep.
Of course, I took my business elsewhere.

"Love the old school feel of the place. It's worth a visit even if you don't need a part! I needed a front passenger window and side view mirror for a 97-03 Malibu after some moron sideswiped me. I found online that they had the parts, called them in the morning, and they had them pulled and ready for me that afternoon. Saved me a couple hours of labor (since I don't pull parts every day)."
