Jeffry A Stutzman Google Review
"Purchased one of their used cars from their car lot. Great experience! James was helpful when I wanted it and left me alone when I wanted it. Let me have plenty of time looking without any pressure. Then when the deal was final an odd blower problem showed up and without hesitation or complaint he made sure it was taken care of at zero charge to me. I have already recommended him to some friends and would feel comfortable recommending him again."

"Every part of my dealings with them was a little shady. The fact that they have two separate google listings for Eagle Auto Parts at the same location, presumably because one had too many poor reviews, should be make buyers suspect. After speaking with the owner about a vehicle I saw advertised, my brother and I drove over 3 hours to their location with the intention of buying it. Once I got there, I could see that the vehicle had more than damage from a tree branch falling on it as I was told, but had in fact been in a rollover. The photo in the ad was also taken in such a way to hide all the visible issues it had. I mentioned the obvious rollover damage and got, "Let me check. Oh, yes, turns out it was in a rollover." I wouldn't have considered the vehicle if they had been honest about this in the beginning. But since I'd driven all that way, I didn't want to just walk away. I took it to a mechanic to learn about any problems with it, including why the check engine light was on, even though I specifically asked on the phone if it had any issues. After haggling with the owner's son (who had driven it all winter) for quite while, I was finally able to talk them down from the price, considering the issues it had. When writing up the paperwork, the secretary falsified information on the transfer paperwork to make the mileage on the title lower than it actually was on the vehicle. I really didn't care about this, but still, it was another shady tactic they probably employ on a regular basis. It's a testament to the type of business they run. I feel like I actually got kinda lucky with my dealings with them, as it could have been much worse. I fixed most of the issues the vehicle had that they tried to hide or not be upfront about and it ran like a champ. But I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business them."
